With CF, 160mB/s is basically the fastest you can get card wise, there aren't any faster speeds out there. Looking at the camera comparison spreadsheet, the 5d3 maxes out at about 100mB/s on the CF card.

There is also news of a 3060 (this is going to be a heck of a bang for the buck) and 3080ti (this one got cancelled).
