Three methods of seaming Axminster woven carpet are acceptable: hand sewing, Kool Glide Iron or hotmelt with premium seam tape. (thermoplastic or “hot melt” method). Hand sewing gives the strongest seam. Kool Glide seam tape – must cut edges/flange off each side of tape for double stick installation.
