If you can no longer access the email and phone number associated with your account, you will not be able to reset your password through the normal process.

If your account has been hacked it means that someone stole your password and might be using your account to access your personal information or send junk email. How can I recover my accounts? Follow the guidance in this section in sequential order to recover your account.
25 sie 2024 · If you know the account password, but do not have other verification methods: Login to https://account.live.com/, enter the password, you select "I do not have any of these", you may need to wait for 30 days, you can follow the above steps to fill out and add other verification information.

11 cze 2024 · Suspicious Inbox rules. These rules might automatically forward email to unknown addresses or move messages to the Notes, Junk Email, or RSS Subscriptions folders. The user's display name is changed in the Global Address List. The user's mailbox is blocked from sending email.
