3 lis 2018 · My mare is 16hh, I'm looking at building a 2 wheel, single horse cart, with a seat that can hopefully fit two people (maybe squeeze in a small third on occasion, or sit three people comfortably if possible) and be road safe.

Witmer’s has a wide variety of plans available. They’re Amish and do not have a web site, but do a Google for their phone number. They also stock all the parts you would need. HRH Avery’s road cart is a “kit cart” such as Justslide describes.
