24 gru 2012 · Is anyone familiar with a kit, or plans, along with sourcing specialty parts, should I decide to build my own cart and/or buggy? I can weld, paint, build spoked wheels, etc. and am a fair hand at general fabrication.

4 gru 2009 · #1. I'm completely new to driving, and I was just wondering if anyone has made their own cart, wagon or sulky for their minis? I have access to a carpenter/cabinet maker, a pipe bender, wheels and everything, I might can even talk to a few welders too.
The plans originally formed part of a complete kit, which was made by "Remploy" in 1985. The kits are no longer produced, but the excellent plans and very comprehensive instructions will enable modelmakers to scratchbuild a detailed model, which would be 17 inches long over the shafts.
