  4. 4 gru 2009 · Be aware that parts used on a horse cart are not the same as parts used on a bicycle, et al. The wheels are more substantial. We use wood shafts, not pipe, for safety, but there are carriage builders out there that use a certain kind of pipe for carts, such as the Smart Cart.
