Would it be possible to mod an HDMI port onto the original Xbox 360? I've looked on youtube and found minimal stuff about it, and I want to prepare an xbox for my brother for Christmas, but don't want to use any bulky adapters.
With a strategically placed cut, I'm able to plug in HDMI cable and use the audio output from standard av connector to connect to a surround sound system that didn't support HDMI audio input. With this setup I could use whatever speakers or system I wanted and it worked great.
