16 lis 2002 · I think the dipstick on the CR-V's 2.4l is great! Even seen a saab H engine dipstick? Unreadable and useless. I'd never look at it if it weren't also the oil filler tube. The Honda 2.4l dipstick is bright, shiny metal. I've been checking the oil on mine for 7 years and nothing has "broken" yet.
