13 lut 2011 · These are the doors that I am in process of building. They are made from 40 ft of 1/2 in EMT, 2 6in hinges from Home Depot that I cut down and in half. They have plastic bushings in them to stay tight. Also used some 1/8 by 2in flat iron to make the brackets.

1 lut 2010 · On my Rhino I welded the stock door latch catch to the roll bar behind the seats. I cut out the skins and rolled the edges around some pipe. When bolting the skins to the frames just start at the front and finish at the back there was no need to bend the aluminum.
9 sty 2016 · the door skin is 16 gauge aluminum. The tubing is steel EMT (electrical conduit) thats the common thin wall tubing used mostly in commercial buildings. Easily found at HOme Depot or lowes.
1 lis 2008 · I attached the doors to this. Made them from aluminium plate and a piano hinge to attache them to the horizontal pipe. I used large rivets to secure everything together and painted everything black.
