You may check the status of your license anytime via License Lookup. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks to receive your renewed license by mail at your Broker's office. If your license is not received, you may contact the Real Estate Division at (702) 486-4033, Option 1.

Pre-licensing education requirement have been changed from 90 hours to 120 hours. Beginning October 1, 2021, the Nevada Real Estate Division will require applicants to submit 120 hours of education to meet this requirement.
The Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED) is extending ALL renewals of Licenses, Certificates, Permits and Registrations due in March and April to May of 2020, including those of first-time licensees completing post-licensing education. The Division will also suspend all late fees during this period.
