My research matches yours in terms of fingertip only mice, as in there's only the GWolves HSK+, new HSK pro 4k, or the Zaunkoenig M2K which is no longer available. I'd suggest ordering the HSK+ from amazon and just trying it out to see if the tiny mouse fits your style.

Whereas this Hayate Otsu MID L mousepad is what I like to think of as the Holy Grail of gaming mouse pads. Seriously, I am still blown away by my tracking… flick shots… AND stopping power.
Through very heavy promotion by YouTube influencers, the SkyPad is being promoted as the "holy grail" of fast mouse pads, and there's no question it is fast BUT fast is only half of the equation when it comes to an ideal gaming mouse pad.
