I assume that site you showed had hoka shoes for a very low price. In that case, at best, you would receive knock off hokas that cost a buck to make in a sweat shop. At worst, you get nothing but your money stolen.
They may be able to set up an alert. You may also want to think about using a credit card vs a debit card for online purchases. It is easy to dispute a charge on a credit card but once the money leaves your checking account, it's gone unless the bank is nice enough to give it back.
