All feet are different, so it’s hard to predict sizing, but Hoka throws no curveballs with how the Challenger 7 is sized. And the availability of wide sizing makes these shoes all the more inclusive.
3 kwi 2024 · If you have the need for speed and responsiveness, the Hoka Challenger 7 is among the best options available for trail runners. The shoes are very responsive and energetic on basically any terrain, giving you the green light to pump up the volume on the flat sections and downhills.
25 paź 2023 · In short, the Challenger 7 is an ideal trail shoe on dirt roads and forest paths for easy, everyday mileage, recovery, or long runs at a slow to moderate pace. However, some runners felt less secure on technical trails than on moderate trails due to a lack of stability induced by a loose midfoot.
HOKA Challenger 7 vs Challenger ATR 6. This new iteration is lighter, softer underfoot, 2 mm taller, and has an improved lug pattern on the outsole. Overall, we found the Challenger 7 to be a very worthy update. A great upper with poor airflow. We found the Challenger 7's upper to be immensely comfortable!
4 sty 2023 · The Challenger 7 has a comfortable ride, which is going to be great for runners who like the Hoka rocker and who strike from the heel or far-back midfoot. The shoe is somewhat stiff at first (watch Sam’s RTR video on YouTube for an example).
