This tool is written in HTML/CSS/JavaScript so it runs in any modern web browser and you can view the complete source code easily.
11 mar 2015 · That password reset request file can only be processed by a Hikvision support person on an internal Hikvision support system. You must send it to support.eu@hikvision.com.

11 mar 2015 · I've taken a different path; called a local distributor and asked for a password reset following the procedure with the XML file from the SADP tool. In all honesty, I called four of them, to find one who didn't require an approved installer in the middle.
