Prayer Request Form. We are honored to pray with you for your prayer request for 30 days. In addition, the Church prays for requests during our Wednesday Night Prayer Time. We invite you to share your prayer requests here.
To confidentially share your prayer requests, complete our Prayer Request form by clicking here. You do not need to share any personal information unless you wish to do so. Your prayer request might be for a specific need, a praise point or thanksgiving. We look forward to hearing from you.
Prayer Request. Each member of the Prayer Team, at Unity by the Shore, prays upon your Prayer Request twice a day for 30 continuous days. After that, your request is forwarded to Silent Unity where it will be prayed upon for another 30 days.

You’re not alone, we all need prayers! We would love to pray for you or someone you care for. Please feel free to fill out the Prayer Request form. Remember, God is with you and He delights when we lift our voices and give our worries over to Him. Jesus Christ did not turn down the faithful.
