Fire Chief - David Baird. David Baird was appointed to Fire Chief of the Norwich Township Fire Department in 2021. He began his career with Norwich Township in 2002 as a full-time firefighter. Since then, Chief Baird has served as a Lieutenant and Battalion Chief. Chief Baird grew up in the Hilliard area, graduating from Hilliard High School.
