It says there's a "bald man" who shouts that he is Peter Petrelli. What if this is Francis/Jesse - and his ability is some sort of body swapping? We know Kristen/Francis share a scene, and we also know Peter/Elle "kinda" meet again. So what if Elle meets Peter in Jesse's body? It would make sense.
