Ron - 6'2 - 6'3 (188cm - 191cm) Definitely the tallest in the trio. Hermione - 5'5 - 5'6 (165cm - 168cm) Shortest of the trio but not necessarily short for a woman. Neville - 5'7 - 5'8 (170cm - 173cm) On the shorter side. Definitely shorter than his movie counterpart.
Hermione Granger: Not much is mentioned about her height, other than the fact that all of the Golden Trio have grown a lot since they were kids. I'm gonna say she's around 5'6/5'7 by the end, just slightly above average height for a woman.
I can't see Harry/James over 180cm, personally. I just googled the average male height in UK and google says around 175cm, so I'd say 5cm above the average would be considered tall but still not overly so, especially considering that Harry is thin, which can make you seem taller.
