6 sie 2015 · I'm not able to scroll down by swiping over the screen, scrolling just works when I use the right scrollbar. I think that there is a problem in the device manager. It looks like there is something missing under the Human Interface Devices.
17 sie 2015 · The solution is to restart "synaptics touch pad 64 bit enhancements". I don't have access to the laptop in question at the moment, but a simple "taskkill /IM SynTPEnh.exe" will end the process. The process will automatically restart.
