Hepa-Merz® – convenient and easy to use in HE. Hepa-Merz® (L-ornithine-L-aspartate; LOLA) is available in the following pharmaceutical forms:1. _ Granules: Hepa-Merz®. 1 sachet contains 3 g of LOLA. _ Infusion concentrate: 10 ml concentrate contains 5 g of LOLA in water for injection.
Dosage and administration. Unless prescribed otherwise, take 1-2 sachets of Hepa-Merz ® 1-2 times daily. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in plenty of liquid (glass of water, tea or juice), and drink after meals. If required, the dosage may be increased without risk.

Produkt leczniczy Hepa-Merz nie powinien być podawany pacjentom: - z niewydolnością nerek znacznego stopnia (stężenie kreatyniny w surowicy powyżej 3 mg/100 ml); - z zaburzeniami metabolizmu aminokwasów biorących udział w cyklu mocznikowym, np. na skutek defektu enzymatycznego.
