I’m usually able to figure out how much a ‘unit’ of something is, but am still pretty stumped when it comes to their stock concentrates. Most answers I’ve seen online say that one packet of stock concentrate is either 1 tablespoon or 1 teaspoon. However, that’s a pretty big difference!
