Can someone explain how the 401k and company match functions? Currently reading the paperwork that HEB sent me and it’s a bit confusing. Also what does it mean to contribute up to 40% of my pay in 1/2% increments on a pre-tax basis? Thanks in advance.
State street capital is what HEB uses I believe. if you go to the 401k site. I saw an option to take money out of 401k through the loan option page. You can’t until you leave the company. I just quit 3 weeks ago and it tells me I cannot withdraw until 12/23/2023. So, do I need to contact partner services or will they automatically send a check.
