Fox joined Zurich in April of 2023, following over 14 years with ARC Excess & Surplus, where she last served as General Counsel & Chief Brokerage Officer, as part of the leadership team setting the strategic direction for the company. Prior to her tenure with ARC, Fox was with AIG for over 12 years.
