All documentation should be submitted to HWC via the Patient Portal. If you have questions about your health forms or immunization requirements, send them to the HWC using the Patient Portal. You will only be able access the Patient Portal after you have activated your Lehigh e-mail account.
Lehigh's Health and Wellness Center: Located in Johnson Hall on Packer Campus, Lehigh's Health and Wellness Center provides acute care and ongoing care to our graduate students. The professional staff offers a host of services including routine examinations, immunizations, lab services, gynecological examinations, and contraceptive counseling.
24 cze 2021 · If you have any individual questions about your vaccination status or personal health situation, please send the Health and Wellness Center a secure message through the Health Center portal. This is preferable to email and will help facilitate a prompt response.

14 sie 2020 · To be seen by a health professional, you must first call 610-758-3870 or log onto the HWC electronic health record secure portal to schedule an appointment for a phone assessment. Clinical staff will do a phone assessment of your health concerns and symptoms and will make recommendations for further care.
