Health & Wellness Center. The patient waiting room on the 2nd Floor, and the University Food Pantry & Resource Center on the 3rd floor have over-the-counter COVID tests available for student use. If you take a test & it is POSITIVE, upload it to the student health portal.
All documentation should be submitted to HWC via the Patient Portal. If you have questions about your health forms or immunization requirements, send them to the HWC using the Patient Portal. You will only be able access the Patient Portal after you have activated your Lehigh e-mail account.
