When I have my laptop connected to the tv through an hdmi cable everything works normally until I go to prime video, I click full screen on episode that I'm watching and then the screen just goes black, the show is still playing as I can hear the sound, but the video does not come through.

When I use the monitor with the displayport input, I can only see amazon prime in 720p resolution (in the app as well as in any browser). When I connect my monitor with the hdmi cable, I get HD resolution (1080p).
