27 kwi 2021 · The connected laptop display suddenly stopped working. I can connect to an external monitor and everything works. The LCD screen flickers a lot, and goes completely black. I have to restart it a few times to be able to some portion of the screen, but slowly it fades to black.

14 kwi 2017 · you need to connect a USB cable from your computer to the "upstream" USB 3.0 port on the monitor, to use the USB ports on the back of the monitor, and, I am guessing, to treat the touch-screen as a HID ("Human Input Device"), i.e., like a mouse.
