If you complete the first year completely and successfully (obtain the 60ECTS) of a bachelor’s degree at an University of Applied Sciences, you will get the so-called HBO-Propedeuse (HBO-P) certificate, with this certificate you can apply for a bachelor’s degree at the University of Twente.

Upon completion of the pre-master, the HBO graduate is able to enroll in the target Masters program that the pre-master grants access to. However, an HBO bachelor graduate is able to directly enroll in a 'research' university Masters's degree abroad.
Admission to Higher Education: Students who have senior general secondary education (HAVO) diplomas or senior secondary vocational education (MBO) diplomas are eligible for admission to HBO institutions.
