The Hazardous Waste Section of the Division of Waste Management shall administer the hazardous waste management program for the State of North Carolina.
7 lut 2020 · This proposed rule would amend the defintion of hazardous waste applicable to corrective action to address releases from solid waste management units at RCRA-permitted treatment, storage, and disposal facilities.
Hazardous waste permits are required for facilities that treat, store or dispose of hazardous waste. Corrective action is required when hazardous waste is disposed.
