Customers may pay by check at the cashier's window or by credit card in-person at the kiosk located in the Permits Office Lobby at 1111 Fannin St. Houston, TX 77002. Customers may also pay by credit card online at https://epermits.harriscountytx.gov.
How to apply: Apply online through E-Permits online - apply, pay for, and print your permits online. Apply in person at 10555 Northwest Freeway, Suite 120. This is a first-come, first-served walk-in or drop-off service. Same day permits are not guaranteed.
