Haro has a very mixed reputation for good reason. But the bike you mentioned is 90% chromoly with nice, sealed and double wall wheels. Also Odyssey tires which is a nice touch.

Haro sent me a large Saguaro 1. The electronic SRAM GX Transmission 12-speed drivetrain was fairly easy to set up.
