For 2009 and later models it will be necessary to install the two supplied 3/8” - 16 x 1⁄2” Allen bolts (I.) in the top triple tree. These act as the fork stop. Install the top triple tree on stem, use the stock triple tree top nut. Do not ghten at this me. Reinstall lower fork covers/slider cover.

30 paź 2014 · The '58 and '59 trees are the only ones that are offset for the swingarm frame AND are set up for the individual '49 style risers. So both the top and bottom trees are different than earlier ones and the top tree is different than later ones.
