Each Homeowner is a member of the HARLAN RANCH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. Homeowner participation in the Association is both necessary and encouraged. Association responsibility, cooperation and action have many rewards, including an enhanced quality of living in the community.

All of these homes within Harlan Ranch pay an HOA fee to help cover the costs of all of the aforementioned amenities within the community. The fee varies depending on the services provided. For instance, the Barclay Square neighborhood has a security gate so expect to pay more if you live in there.

If you do not pay your balance after receiving two late letters, your account will be sent to our attorney’s for collection. All legal fees incurred are passed on to the property owner. Ownership & Encumbrance Report
The HOA dues are reasonable but vary by tract. Mine were/are (I still own my home there) $97 a month. I used to really like the different events that HR had (epic Santa photos that are free, dive-in movies, concerts on the green, car shows, etc).
