20 gru 2023 · Using a sensor to determine the remaining amount of oil: I’m using an ESPHome powered ESP8266 in addition with a (waterproof) Ultrasonic distance sensor. I had a few extra fuelcaps, so decided to build the sensor in a fuelcap rather than drill a hole in the tank itself.
