Let’s get started! 18 Inch Doll Sleeping Bag SUPPLIES: 48-inch separating zipper; 2/3 yard of outer fabric (You can probably get away with 1/2 yard, depending on the direction of your fabric pattern. For my pattern I needed to get 2/3 yard to make the fabric go the direction that I wanted.)
As far as I can tell, it is an animal head cushion and then a sleeping bag folds into the animal body. Given that large stuffed toys are pretty expensive, I'd suggest making that part as well. You should be able to scale up a generic pattern as long as the face is sort of flat.
