In 2022, HIP launched an invasive species geographic information system (GIS) project, referred to as HIP MAP, to track invasive species surveys, species disbursement, and treatment throughout the county. The system was built via collaboration among HIP partners with support from the Hamilton County GIS department.
The Hamilton County Invasives Partnership (HIP) was established in 2019 as the county's Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area (CISMA).
