30 sty 2019 · In my batch of guitars over the years I have or had 2 MIK Daytona's one "Slammer Series" and one just the Hamer logo. The major difference was the hardware used the "Slammer Series" seemed to use a littler quality of tuners, bridge, the pickup's were about the same not horrible but not great.
Basic specs include: mahogany body with set mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, 2 humbucker pickups, 2 volume, 1 tone and 3-way toggle switch. This guitar has no issues but will need a sting change when you receive it.
31 mar 2012 · They're branded Hamer Slammer Series. There's no such thing as an import model called "Studio". As far as the SATF/SATQ which is the MIK equivalent, I'd agree $200-250, maybe $300 for a really nice example.
16 kwi 2008 · The Studio is a classic all-around guitar. It does have it's own sound, but Hamer's volume and tone controls actually give you a ton of control. As far as any neck dive, that is easily cured with some lightweight tuner buttons. I swear by 'em. Awesome TT, Devilrob.

25 maj 2011 · This all led me to think about a Hamer Studio instead of an LP. So, to get to the point - is there anything I need to know about a Hamer Studio before buying? How would it compare to an LP tone-wise, and other-wise?
