Hey, love to help! Unfortunately when the Wii U formats the HDD it becomes unusable in PCs so there's no way to copy files from the SD card directly. You need to install games via the modified WUP installer to the USB from the SD card. Hope that helped! This is the last question I can answer tonight. I'll be back for Halloween!
