The library is not open-source and meant for bot developers here on elitepvpers since there is no working free hack with Attackspeed fix.
not for GBA, but the closest thing to this you can do for free (provided you have a 3DS) is hack a 3DS and inject GBA games to virtual console apps. GB/GBC games are also possible on 3DS but that's just the same as emulating on PC.
