   Currently testing a card I bought and it's saying it will take 7 hours. Just wondering if this is a sign that the card is fake. Apart from it being fake if you didnt pay like 200-300 bucks on the Sandisk Extreme (the only 1tb card on the market), it seems to slow.

   Wasn't sure whether using H2testw + CrystalDiskMark would be a surefire way to know if you have a fake card on your hands. And also, whether either of these cards, after hypothetically passing both these 2 tests, would be likely to last around as long as one (of the same model/brand) from a brick-and-mortar retail store.

   6 sty 2020 · From reading here I decided to run h2testw on the SD card. I did not format it first because I wanted to test it in the same condition it was in since it was recently acting up. The test passed and also reported a good write speed.
