We provide General Gymnastics, and Womens Artistic Gymnastics. Our General Gymnastic classes are the starting block for children to have fun, make friends and get exercise , we also encourage progress within the sport.
Mom and Me Classes are for Children 18 months – 3.5 yr olds. The partner for the class can be Mom, Dad or even a Grandparent. Classes are 35 minutes long and include music warm-up, floor, bar, beam and trampoline rotations. Pre-School Gymnastics. Pre-school gymnastics Classes are for 3-5 year olds.
