For solo open world and dungeons, if you don't have access to Bladesworn, your best bet is likely Spellbreaker with axe/axe and greatsword. Strength runes are luckily better solo than Scholar. Together with Forceful Greatsword, they'll cover your might, and Arcing Slice covers fury.
I've been trying to find a site that I could use for some builds for my characters and have found two sites, Hardstuck and Metabattle. However when it comes to a build I've noticed that the two sites list different things such as what Armor stats to use as well as what build talents to select.
Metabattle is by far the best build resource for pvp. It's quirky, but at least the guy responsible for the spvp section updates the builds every patch. (and hits top 100 regularly as well & could get higher if had more patience)
