Necromancer builds database for PvE, WvW, PvP and Open World, for every skill level.
Snowcrows is for raid builds, so not at all for new players. Hardstuck has good builds for beginning players in various game modes. This is a solid choice and there is a lot of excellent stuff there for noobs. Guildjen is consistently better than metabattle for two reasons.
Hardstuck. Contains a solid variety of builds with excellent guides. Gear, utilities, and trait choices provide extra cushion for bad situations (like extra boon duration) Updated randomly and slowly. For example, pBladesworn has had one of the highest power benchmarks and has solidified its place in the meta for months.
Seems like a nice tool for total beginners who don’t really care about optimization beyond heal/support/dps. Personally I don’t see any value in it as the build selection is heavily limited and doesn’t list most of the important boons/condis per build.
