Google Map. Trailhead. From Main Street in Breckenridge, turn east on Wellington which is just north of the Main St./Lincoln stop light. Follow Wellington through a residential area with tons of stop signs. Continue on Wellington to dirt and past mines.

This is a Colorado 13er located just outside Breckenridge. The listed elevation at the summit is 13,370 feet, though some devices may read a bit differently. This trailhead starts at around 10,100 feet elevation, so you can expect a very steep climb from the beginning to the peak. Proper footwear is a must!
