Yankee Springs State Recreation Area is a state-managed protected area located in Yankee Springs Township in Barry County, Michigan. The park is 5,200 acres (21 km 2) in area. It has 120 rustic, 200 modern and 25 equestrian camping sites, plus two cabins.
Yankee Springs has a large campground for RV, trailers and tents with a very good beach, boat launch, and some hiking trails on Gun Lake (an all sports lake). Another section, Deep Lake, has rustic camping, a boat launch (small boats) and biking trails. A horse park and trails are also available.
