4 sty 2016 · Using Windows 10, the method with the dll file does not work for me. Same goes for setting an old windows version Update: in my case Steam overlay. SHIFT+TAB 2x as mentioned by Mhymyk, fixes the issue. I have to do this every time i have mouse issues :D
