WASD - moving the camera. Arrows - camera rotation. Shift / Space - lower / raise the camera. Installation: throw in the folder CLEO.

When you using look left/right/behind and turret control buttons free camera will be temporary disabled. In the helicopter, to activate free camera you need to hold the horn key. Game version support: gta3.exe/gta_vc.exe v. 1.0 and 1.1 are supported.
