So really any modding could technically be detected at any point but I would put my money down saying it's going to be mostly isolated to random free public menus and money mods (this includes money dropping).
They’re detected, and most if not all money drops or ‘instant’ money methods are patched and detected. Rockstar is rather quick to patch these money methods because it will ruin their profits. Even rigging casino games like blackjack require you to lose some games so you don’t get banned.
