Any issues or feature requests, please raise via the Issues tab on my github and I'll do my best to respond.
I know how to block Steam from updating games, but it doesn't stop the Rockstar launcher from coming up and telling me I can't play until the game is updated. Is there any way to bypass this so I can just have one solid modded installation that I don't need to continually keep updating?
