30 gru 2008 · for the most part this is complete. this was a very time consuming DIY because i stopped and took pics and documented it. will update when i get new servos in as last ones i got still didnt work (dont buy them used). i do suggest you do both even if only ones out as its annoying to have to do this ONLY 2 turn around and have to do it again when the other goes out to! i figured it was about ...
22 sty 2024 · As in the first youtube link, the bad servo motor works fine when you apply 12V directly on the servo motor and all the gears turn. There is a strong chance one of the contacts AT the servo became too loose.
12 wrz 2024 · Fault B1454 is for the servo motor in location 7 in the diagram. Image "E" is a view of the passenger side of the HVAC case. There is a reference box to identify type and build date of that servo motor. All servo motors can be replaced without removing the dash.
